Amitabh Bachchan arrives to Jalsa, starts shooting his Football film ‘Jhund’

Amitabh Bachchan has begun shooting for Nagraj Manjule's Hindi directorial debut Film which is based on Football game. In this Film we might see Amitabh Bachchan as football coach and Player. But we might see Abhishek Bachchan as foot player in a younger version of his father.
 
Fascinatingly, Amitabh Bachchan has taken football tips from son Abhishek Bachchan who is a huge football buff. “Not that I am not familiar with the game. I’ve played football when I was in Kolkata. I am looking forward to working with Nagraj Manjule. His Sairat was a game-changer. At this stage of my career, I look forward to working with directors who can bring out a new facet to acting abilities,” said Amitabh Bachchan.
 
Nagraj Manjule, the maker of Marathi film Sairat said, "No other actor fits the role, only Mr Bachchan can do justice to this particular character. All the others in the film are newcomers since I am known to work with fresh talent. The combination of Mr Bachchan and this young team will be something to look forward to."
 
Amitabh Ji has posted a tweet on twitter saying “T 3014 - NAGPUR for 'Jhund', the new project by Nagraj , his first in Hindi, the maker of 'Sairat' the Marathi block buster a centre of attraction and NAGPUR, geographically apparently the centre of geographic India may the 2 centres thrive !” and he has posted two pictures.
 
Jhund’ is based on the life of Vijay Barse, a retired sports coach of Hislop college and frmer corporator. Vijay Barse is also the founder of Slum Soccer. He took the initative to teach football to the underprivileged children. Vijay Barse’s character will be played by Amitabh Bachchan.
 
The shooting of the film Jhund started on December 1 and shooting will end in February 2019.
