Bollywood celebrities Hansal Mehta, Manoj Bajpayee pay tribute to Parvez Khan; Khan passed away on July 28th at the age of 55

Action Director Parvez Khan of Andhadhun fame passed away after suffering from a major heart attack; Hansal Mehta, Manoj Bajpayee pay their respects to the action director.

Bollywood celebrities Hansal Mehta, Manoj Bajpayee pay tribute to Parvez Khan; Khan passed away on July 28th at the age of 55

Bollywood mourns the death of action director Parvez Khan. Khan passed away in a hospital in Mumbai, to which he was rushed to when he complained of chest pain. Khan's long time associate, Nishant Khan shared the news with PTI. "He suffered a major heart attack in the morning. He was rushed to the hospital but was pronounced dead. He didn't have any health issues but felt chest pain last night," Nishant told PTI.
 
Known for films like Andhadhun, Agent Vinod and Badalpur, Parvez Khan is now survived by his wife, son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter. Several Bollywood celebrities such as Hansal Mehta, Manoj Bajpayee, Jaaved Jaaferi took to their social media to pay their respects.
 
Hansal Mehta wrote, "Just heard that action director Parvez Khan is no more. We had worked together in Shahid where he executed the riots sequence in a single take. Very skillful, energetic and a good man. RIP Parvez. Your voice still rings in my ears."
 
Manoj Bajpayee wrote, "heartfelt condolences to the family. May he rest in peace,” while sharing a video from a film that Pravez Khan starred in.
 
 
 
Jaaved Jaaferi wrote, “Another filmi brother passes on.. #ParvezKhan a prominent and highly proficient action director of indian cinema was a great guy and a ‘dildaar’. God bless his soul and give the family strength to bear the grave loss #RIP".
 
 
 
Rajeev Khandelwal wrote, “And another bolt from the blue. Action director Parvez Khan with whom I have such amazing memories passed away. Strength to his family.”
 
 
 
Parvez Khan began his career assisting action director Akbar Bakshi in films like Akshay Kumar's Khiladi, SRK's Baazigar and Bobby Deol's Soldier. Ram Gopal Varma's Ab Tak Chhappan, was Khan's first independent film. Khan had a long-standing collaborative streak with filmmaker Sriram Raghavan. The duo worked on films like Johnny Gaddaar. Agent Vinod, Badlapur, Andhadhun are some of Khan's memorable works.
 
The last couple of months have been months of great losses. We've lost gems like Irrfan Khan, Rishi Kapoor, Wajid Khan, Sushant Singh Rajput, and Saroj Khan.
