Having made his debut as a superstar's son, Dulquer Salmaan
established himself as an actor with his skill and talent. Not just in Malayalam, he gained popularity in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi languages. Dulquer already made his solo hero debut in Tamil and Hindi languages. He wants to step into Tollywood with a solo film. With Ok Bangaram and Mahanati, Dulquer enjoys a decent market in Telugu. With the recent success of Kanulu Kanulanu Dochayante, there is no looking back for the actor. Cashing the craze, Hanu Raghavapudi
wanted to direct Dulquer in a film. However, we hear that the film experiences a delay in hitting the floors.
Priyanka Dutt and Swapna Dut who produced Mahanati came on board to produce the film in the combination of Dulquer and Hanu. After planning everything, they hoped to hit the floors in the year-end but with the Corona Crisis, they are now changing the plans. Dulquer Salmaan already has Tamil and Malayalam films on hand. Once the shoots kick-off, he will finish those projects before starting the new ones.
So, Dulquer making himself available for the Telugu film by the year-end is practically not possible. After giving it a lot of thought, the makers decided to postpone the film's launch to next year.
In the meantime, Hanu Raghavapudi is going ahead to do another movie with a Telugu hero.
