Actress Lavanya Tripathi tried to support people during these tough times by manufacturing designer masks and distributing them to various NGOs. Lavanya says that she tried to pay back to the city (Hyderabad) that fulfilled her dreams.
Recently, Lavanya moved back to her hometown Dehradun. The actress wore a full PPE kit while travelling and taking necessary precautions. She shared her lockdown experiences with English news daily. Speaking in the interview, Lavanya said that she tried to pay back to Hyderabad by coming up with masks initiative. Lavanya did it with the support of a few friends. They distributed these designer masks to various NGOs in the city. The actress also provided financial aid to the Corona Crisis Charity (CCC) fund set up by the Tollywood bigwigs. Through this fund, many industry workers got benefitted during the lockdown. Lavanya is currently spending time with her family. She will be back in Hyderabad when the shoot of her upcoming projects resume.
Lavanya is currently acting in two Telugu films. She is working alongside Sundeep Kishan in a sports drama called A1 Express. The film is currently in the final stages of its shoot. On the flip side, she is also acting in Chavu Kaburu Challenge, which is being directed by debutant Koushik Pegellapati. Karthikeya is playing the lead hero in this movie. Produced by Bunny Vaas, this film is in the initial stages of its shoot.
