It is just hard to ignore the truth on the streets, says actress Sobhita Dhulipala on the plight of migrant workers

Sobhita Dhulipala is one of the promising talents of the Indian film industry. She stole the hearts of the audiences with her performances in the films and shows like Made in Heaven, Raman Raghav 2.0, Goodachari and Moothon. Speaking about the current situation of migrants in the country, Sobhita said that it is just hard to ignore the truth on the streets.

Speaking in a recent interview, Sobhita said that the lockdown made us realize how privileged we are. We just have to stay at home to protect ourselves. But that is not the same in the case of the migrants. The actress states that we often forget how fortunate we are. We always think about what we don't have and aspire for it. We think only about ourselves and forget about people who have so little.

Sobhita is also sad about her helplessness towards the situation of the migrants. She read an article about a child who is trying to wake up his dead mother. This video broke the heart of Sobhita. She says that it is time to pay attention to the migrant workers.
