Kabir Singh director called out for comment on the case of Priyanka Reddy by Vikram Motwane and Sona Mohapatra

Sharing his views on the brutal incident, Vanga had tweeted: "Fear is the only factor which can change things radically in society and fear should be the new rule. The brutal sentence will set an example. Now every girl in the country needs a firm guarantee. I request @warangalpolice to come into action.#RIPPriyankaReddy”

Vikram Motwane who directed Udaan responded to him saying, “ Will that FEAR stops them from slapping her?"

Singer-Songwriter, Sona Mohapatra, referred to Vanga’s film Kabir Singh directly and slammed him for the sexist content in his own films. She responded saying, “ Would also help if you did your job better. Stop making films where you glorify sexist behaviour, misogyny, and violence against women. Films like #KabirSingh aka #ArjunReddy where you ride on male toxicity for commercial gain. Maybe use your ‘virtue-signaling' in your work.”
