Kangana Ranaut has called out Bollywood celebrities on their hypocrisy after the death of Sushant Singh Rajput

Kangana Ranaut has once again hit back at Bollywood celebrities for the utter hypocrisy being displayed after the death of Sushant Singh Rajput. The Queen actor took to Instagram to share a video of herself talking about the saddening news. In her video Kangana questions why Bollywood never acknowledged the value of Sushant Singh Rajput as he was a great actor and also really smart.
 
Kangana said she believes Sushant did not get enough credit for his role in films like MS Dhoni: The Untold Story, Kedarnath, and Chhichore. Ranaut also attacked Zoya Akhtar's film Gully Boy and said that award functions should have also acknowledged Sushant Singh Rajput's films.
 
The Manikarnika actress captioned her video writing, "KanganaRanaut exposes the propaganda by industry and #SushantSinghRajput's tragic death &how the narrative is spun to hide how their actions pushed #Sushant to the edge. Why it’s imp to give talent their due &when celebs struggle with personal issues media to practice restraint."
 
Speaking in Hindi in the video Kangana also said, "How can a person who’d scored a scholarship to Stanford University be mentally weak? Why wasn’t his debut performance in Kai Po Che acknowledged?” Kangana asked. Listing his string of successful films, she continued, “Why did a terrible film like Gully Boy win all the awards when a spectacular movie like Chhichhore was ignored?"
 
Kangana Ranaut also expressed her anger at the media who are questioning Sushant Singh Rajput's life choices after his untimely demise. Karan Johar, Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, Anushka Sharma, and many other Bollywood celebrities have shared heartfelt tribute messages for Sushant.
