Mahesh Bhatt and Karan Johar's manager to be summoned in the Sushant Singh death probe, Kangana questions the authority

It's been more than a month since the demise of the talented actor Sushant Singh Rajput. However, the investigation behind his alleged suicide has been still going on and till now 37 people have been summoned before the Mumbai Police. The latest names in the list are Mahesh Bhatt and Karan Johar's manager. Mahesh Bhatt was allegedly a close mentor of Sushant's girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty who often advised them about their relationship. The director also made a statement that he somehow knew "Sushant was going the Parveen Babi' way. Likewise, Karan Johar has been accused of not releasing Sushant's film Drive-in theatres due to which the actor was upset.

But it looks like the Manikarnika actress is still not happy with the way things are being handled in the actor's death probe. Soon after the news of Karan Johar's manager summoning before the police broke out, she took to her Twitter handle and questioned the authorities. She openly called Karan Johar as Aditya Thackeray's best friend and hence that is why he is not being called to the police. She wrote, "So Karan Johar’s manager is summoned but not @AUThackeray 's best friend @karanjohar !! @MumbaiPolice stop making a joke out of SSR murder investigations."

She added, "How can @MumbaiPolice display blatantly shameless nepotism even in issuing summons? Kangana has been issued a summons not her manager but the Chief Minister’s son’s best friend’s manager is called for questioning, why? saheb ko pareshani na ho issliye?"
