Nandamuri fans are gearing up for celebrations as their matinee idol Balakrishna's birthday is coming up in a few days. Balakrishna's birthday falls on the 10th of June. Every year, all his fans do a lot of social welfare events and also organize various other meets across the Telugu states. This time, all the public gatherings will get called off due to the ongoing lockdown. Thus, fans have decided to celebrate it in a big way on social media. Yesterday, they have launched the Common Display Picture (CDP) to celebrate the occasion. They have also started trending the hashtag #NBKBirthdayCDP on Twitter. Within no time, this hashtag claimed a spot in top trends of the microblogging site.

The CDP looks cool and stylish by featuring two pictures of Balakrishna. One is in the getup of Sri Krishna Devaraya and the other one is a bearded look from his younger days. Nandamuri Balakrishna turns 60 this year. He is in the acting business for more than four decades and also enjoys a wide fanbase in both Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. The fans are planning to trend this hashtag for the next three days as well.

On the career front, Balakrishna was last seen in the 2019 film Ruler. It was a failure at the box office. He is now working on a new film which is being directed by Boyapati Srinu. The film is in the early stages of its shoot. It may hit the screens next year.
