On this World Environment Day, Rakul Preet Singh urges people to turn vegans by taking part in a campaign conducted by PETA

Rakul Preet Singh is a pure vegan. The actress is also against animal cruelty. On this World Environment Day, Rakul teamed up with People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA), to urge people in joining them in saving animals and the planet by turning into vegans. Rakul's broccoli avatar on the poster of this campaign is also catching the eyes of many people on social media.

 
Rakul took on the internet this morning to convey her World Environment Day wishes. She posted a picture of herself posing under a digitalized broccoli outfit. She then captioned it, "This #WorldEnvironmentDay join @PetaIndia and me in saving animals and the planet by eating vegan." Rakul has turned a vegan a few years back. Since then, she is extending her support to Peta. She often participates in the various campaigns organized for animal rights.
 
On the work front, Rakul Preet has a lot of projects in hand in various languages. In Hindi, she is currently awaiting the release of her next film Attack. Featuring John Abraham in another lead role, this film will hit the screens by the end of this year. She is also acting in Chale Chalo, which stars Arjun Kapoor as the lead hero. In Tamil, she is currently working for Shankar's upcoming biggie Indian 2. Kamal Haasan, Kajal Aggarwal and Siddharth are playing the other lead roles in it. She has also signed Siva Karthikeyan's upcoming film Ayaalaan. In Telugu, Rakul is acting in Nithiin's upcoming film which is being directed by Chandrashekar Yeleti.
