The coronavirus pandemic has changed the face of Indian Cinema. All of a sudden, OTT platforms gained a huge consumer base as all the theaters got shut down. Filmmakers are also planning to release their movies directly online because the theaters may not open for the next few days. Actor Rana Daggubati opined that it is time for the filmmakers and artists to tell inspiring stories and shine. He stated that this is a moment to make a future and overcome the pandemic. The leader actor also said OTT platforms will be the voice of independent filmmakers.

 
Speaking further, Rana said that today, we have the power to tell what we want with the advent of the OTT platforms. Rana added that movies in the theatre will continue to be a spectacle. After the pandemic, Rana realized that there will be no film works for the long term. Thus, he decided to choose another alternative work for the time being. He is now focussing on making animation projects for the next two years. It looks like Rana will come up with quite a few exciting animated projects in the coming days.
 
On the personal front, Rana will get married next month. He is tying a knot to his ladylove Miheeka Bajaj. On the professional front, Rana is currently awaiting the release of his next movie Aranya. He is also acting in another film Virata Parvam. Directed by Venu Udugula, this movie features Sai Pallavi as the female lead.
