After delivering the hit film Rangasthalam, Ram Charan has moved on to his upcoming film Vinaya Vidheya Rama, which is directed by Boyapati Srinu. The film is all set to hit the theatres on January 11, ahead of Sankranti festival.
Upasana Kamineni posted a photo of a physically toned Ram Charan and it went viral on social media. He took rigorous fitness training under celebrity trainer Rakesh Udayara, who came up with a fully devised diet plan which made Charan shed weight.
According to the diet plan, Charan was asked to fast for 12 hours and given a strict no to diary, alcohol, red meat, wheat and sugary fruit. He was asked to eat restricted food within the available 12 hours.
From baked, boiled, poached chicken to brown rice, oatmeal and kale, he was asked to eat restricted protein, carbohydrates in frequent intervals.
