Most of us grew up reading Tinkle comics. Tinkle comics is sort of a rite of passage for us. One of the most beloved characters Shikari Shambu turns 37 today! Actor Rana Daggubati took to his Instagram to wish his beloved character a Happy Birthday! Shikari Shambu is a character created by Vasant Halbe and Luis Fernandes for Tinkle comics. The comic strip first appeared in 1983.
 
Rana Daggubati shared a photo of the infamous character Shikari Shambu. He wrote a heartfelt message to wish the character a Happy Birthday. Rana wrote, “And a Happy birthday to you!! Mr.ShikariShambu!! Thank for making our childhood so entertaining @tinklecomicsstudio.”
 
Rana Daggubati is quite an animation enthusiast. Rana recently went on a live-stream hosted by his friend and actress Lakshmi Manchu. In addition to talking about his fiancee Miheeka Bajaj, he spoke of what he has been up to during the lockdown. Rana says he is working on an existential animated show and that the show will arrive soon. The animated series will have an OTT release. On the work front, Rana Daggubait has several films lined up for the upcoming year. He will appear in four films - Kaadan, Madai Thiranthu, Hiranya Kashyapa and Virata Parvam. Kaadan was to hit the theatres on April 2nd, 2020, however, the release date now stands postponed owing to the COVID-19 crisis. The film might hit the theatres in June. Madai Thiranthu is a Tamil period drama. Virata Parvam is a romantic action thriller movie directed by Venu Udugula.
