Kangana's sister Rangoli Chandel has been extremely active and vocal about her views and relationships with Kangana for a while now. Chandel has also defended Kangana various times on social media platforms. Recently Chandel blamed Forbes India of partiality in their recent Top 100 Indian celebrities list.
Kangana secured the 70th position and with an estimate of her income in 2019 as Rs. 18 crore. Rangoli was furious at her sister's position on the list and wrote this in a Twitter post. Rangoli tweeted, “Yeh @forbes_india ek number ka fraud hai, I openly challenge them to prove even one celebrity income they have printed in their magazine, sab PR hai, Kangana pays more tax than her entire income mentioned in the poll... (contd) show us who paid how much tax. You can’t just assume people’s income on what basis? Please reply @forbes_india.”
Kangana's sister also claimed that even Kangana herself doesn't know how much she earned in 2019, as only the accounts department and Rangoli herself know those confidential details.
Forbes made headlines recently with their new list that was dominated by Virat Kohli at the first position followed by Akshay Kumar and then Salman Khan.
