Power Star Pawan Kalyan is making his acting comeback after a hiatus of two and a half years. He is currently working on his new film Vakeel Saab. The film is in the final stages of its shoot. Currently, all the works are on a halt due to the coronavirus pandemic. The latest reports from the industry state that the shoot of this film will resume in September.
 
According to the sources, the makers want to take no risk during these tough times. They want to take back the film on the floors once everything gets back to a normal state. We hear that the shoot will resume in September and the team will wrap up the movie within 20 days. All plans are being made to finish the film in a single schedule.
 
Vakeel Saab is an official remake of Hindi courtroom drama Pink. Anjali, Nivetha Thomas, and Ananya Nagalla are playing the other important roles in this movie. It is being directed by Sriram Venu of MCA fame. The makers have made significant changes in the script to suit the sensibilities of Telugu viewers and also to appeal to the fans of Pawan Kalyan. Vakeel Saab is being bankrolled by Dil Raju. Boney Kapoor is presenting the film under the banner Bay View Projects. Thaman is composing the music of it. The film may hit the screens by the end of this year.
