is one of the prolific actresses in the South Indian film industry. In a career spanning over 15 years, she has acted in many blockbuster films. When asked about the toughest roles that she had played, Tamannaah mentioned her roles from the films Baahubali and Abhinetri. She said that both the films have taken a toll on her. Thus, she considers them her best works.
Speaking in a recent fan-chat on the Helo app, Tamannaah said, "My toughest roles till date will definitely have to be Baahubali and Devi. The latter was very hard for me as it got made in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi. In Tamil, it was Devi. In Telugu, it was Abhinetri and In Hindi, it was Tootak Tootak Tootiya. That was a film that really took a toll on me in the sense that it was difficult. I had to play two different contrasting roles. But, it was one of my best works. It was an amazing experience to work with AL Vijay sir. He is one director who portrays women in a sensible way, in his films. So, I love working with him."
Devi was a trilingual film that was simultaneously shot in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi. The actors had to shoot a lot of scenes for three times. It got directed by AL Vijay. On the other side, Tamannaah played the role of a warrior in Baahubali. That might be the reason it remains special for her.
