While the air of tension between Kangana Ranaut and Taapsee Pannu seems to have reduced, Taapsee now has other things in her head. On Saturday Taapsee Pannu turned 33 as she celebrated her birthday at home amid the Coronavirus pandemic. Speaking about the situation the actress said, “I am not a party person anyway, so birthdays are usually spent with family or on a vacation with my sister. It reminded me of my childhood birthdays where the extended family came for dinner after a day of ditching the uniform and wearing fancy clothes to school.”
She also joked about her friends ruining birthday plans and said, “I’m the one who does all the planning, everyone else just gives it away.” This year, her sister ordered a mug for her with ‘Crazy Plant Lady’ inscribed on it as a gift, but didn’t bother to hide it. Only after I opened it and thanked the brand on social media did she realise, and then was livid I was crediting someone else for it,” she added.
Taapsee also revealed that she originally wanted to learn a new Indian language while sitting at home but things didn't pan out as well as she planned it. She said, ”Instead, I discovered gardening, which took up most of my time. I also cooked a lot and detested it. Now, my mother has taken over the kitchen.”
Taapsee has multiple films in her back pocket which include Rashmi rocket and Shabaash Mithu. Taapsee will also star in the Anurag Kashyap helmed film Looop Lapeta.
