According to the recent reports, the actor Vicky Kaushal
has begun the preparations for the upcoming comedy-drama being produced by Yash Raj Films. The URI actor was roped in last year to play the main lead in a light-hearted comedy produced by Aditya Chopra and anticipatedly be helmed by Dhoom 3 director, Vijay Krishna Acharya. The shooting of the film was expected to start in November 2019 which impeded due to the Coronavirus outbreak.
Vicky, who has always been enlisted to portray an intense character on the big screen, is gearing up for his never-seen-before role amid COVID-19 keeping note of all safety arrangements. Stacked with a hoard of movies lined-up for next year release, this light-hearted comedy project would be a new addition in Kaushal's sack.

YRF's untitled comedy flick starring Vicky Kaushal is slated to go on floors in October this year. Vicky, who was last seen in Dharma Productions' Bhoot: Part One - The Haunted Ship, is occupied with many movies some of which involve mega-budget projects. Shaheed Udham Singh, Sam Manekshaw’s Biopic, and Takht are movies Kaushal will begin shooting for next year.
