Ayyappanum Koshiyum is one of the biggest hits of the Malayalam cinema this year. Starring Prithviraj Sukumaran and Biju Menon in the lead roles, this Sachy directorial is a commercial action thriller. Due to its huge success, the remake rights of the film got sold in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu. Surya Devara Naga Vamsi of Sithara Entertainments bought the Telugu rights of the movie. Pawan Kalyan agreed to do one of the lead roles in it. Now, it is being heard that Vijay Sethupathi will play the other lead in it.
Vijay Sethupathi is a huge star in Tamil. He made his Telugu debut last year with Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy. He is acting as the villain in the upcoming film Uppena. Now, he is in talks to play the other lead role in this remake. If this combination materializes, it will be a real treat for fans to watch Pawan and Sethupathi together on the big screen. An official announcement about this film will be out soon. We hear that Tholi Prema and Mr. Majnu fame Venky Atluri will helm the project. The shooting may start next year.
Meanwhile, Pawan Kalyan is currently busy with the works of Vakeel Saab. This movie will hit the screens early next year. He is also acting in another film director Krish. Apart from these, Pawan also signed a movie with Gabbar Singh director Harish Shankar.
