Vijay's next film Master in post-production; Senior director Keyar pens letter to CM to postpone film's release

Kollywood star hero Ilayathalapathy Vijay starrer, 'Master' movie is one of the much-awaited movies which got delayed due to the coronavirus pandemic and the country lockdown. The expectations are high on this film. The makers are busy with the post-production activities right now. As Lokesh Kanagaraj of 'Khaidi' fame is helming this project, the audiences are super excited to watch the film in the theatres. Now, all the theatres are going to get reopened very soon. Some of the fans are now claiming that 'Master' is going to be the first film to hit the theatres after the lockdown.
 
On this note, popular director and former Producers Council president Keyar submitted a request letter to the Chief Minister to postpone the movie release.
 
He claimed that if a movie like 'Master' gets released at a time like this, all the theatres will get flooded with people which is not at all safe at a situation like this. So, the director has requested that the movie release should get postponed. The makers are currently focusing on the post-production. They are yet to arrive at a conclusion on the release of the film.
 
However, we have to wait for a few more days to get clarity on the official release date of the film.
