Laxminarayana to become a silent striker in politics by joining Lok Satta

Senior IPS officer, Laxminarayana who is well known in Telugu states had taken a voluntary retirement from Additional Director General of Police to set up his own political outfit to contest on the forthcoming parliamentary and assembly elections. In an interview, Laxminarayana said the party will be launched in Hyderabad on 26th November. The details of the agenda and organizational structure will be revealed on the same day. There are some rumours that the party’s name would be “Jana Dhwani” but he didn’t reveal directly.

Like a Surprise, Laxminarayana has withdrawn his decision to form any new party. He is now all set to become the president of Lok Satta Party headed by Former IAS officer Jayaprakash Narayan. After the entry of Laxminarayana, JP will take up an advisory role from now on. The decision behind joining Lok Satta is taken after the ideas and goals of JP and JD were similar.

The joining of Laxminarayana will be a big boost to Lok satta party. Laxminarayana has travelled widely to all districts of AP and interacted with the people and problems being faced by the people. He grabbed a huge fan network in both the states.
