Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, N. Chandra Babu Naidu seems to be getting into trouble frequently these days. Earlier, KCR had challenged Babu with his words of giving return gift to Chandra Babu Naidu. And then recently, controversies over Naidu and Pawan's reunion surfaced up just to criticize him more. And now, Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi had also become trouble to CBN.
In his recent meeting with booth level workers in Vishakapatnam, Vizianagaram, Kakinada, Machilipatnam, and Naraspur constituencies of Andhra Pradesh, Modi had made allegation on CBN over funding issues from the central government. He alleged that CBN was misusing the funds from central government. He added that, for Revenue deficit 2000 crores were given by central government.
However he also said that state government says they got nothing. On this he raised a question saying where all of this has gone. He went on to saying that Backward Districts were also given 1000 crores and for Polavaram project, 7000 crores. He asked the TDP karyakartas to question CBN regarding this issue. He added that the Polavaram project was running on central funds only. As this was the first time, Modi had addressed the funds issue, it looks like many more situations are still unclear. As if he really wanted to raise this issue, then why did not he raise it in parliament and rather did it in the public meeting? Such statements within parties are unworthy and if action has really to be taken, then the issue must be carried to the parliament.
