It will be more than two-thirds majority," Deputy leader of TRS in Lok Sabha, B Vinod Kumar told news agency PTI, also stating that the people of the state were very happy with KCR's administration. The Congress-TDP alliance is confident of winning over 80 seats this election, while the BJP which is contesting the elections alone is happy to have made it a three way rivalry for power.
The BJP, which had contested the 2014 elections in alliance with the TDP, is contesting the elections alone this time round. While the BJP is looking to do better than its 5 seat tally of the previous elections, party Krishna Saagar Rao said that the BJP would be happy with the outcome of the polls regardless of whether they increase their share of seats, come to power or become a decisive factor in government formation.
