Why it's Important to Eat Early

According to a study conducted, early dinner would reduce the risk of developing breast and prostate cancer.

What we eat has a direct impact on our health. But the time we spend at the table, too. This is revealed in a study published in the medical journal International Journal of Cancer. According to these works, early dinner would be excellent for health. In fact, after dinner, it would be necessary to allow at least two hours to pass before going to bed , this period making it possible to lower the risks of breast and prostate cancer.
 
Leave two hours between dinner and bedtime
 
They found that people who ate before 9:00 pm and waited for at least 2 hours before going to bed reduced their risk of developing breast and prostate cancer by at least 20% compared to those who dined later or went to bed directly after dinner. Sleep would block our ability to process food properly.
 
As per one of the study concludes that adherence to daytime eating habits is associated with a lower risk of cancer. The results highlight the importance of evaluating daily rhythms in studies of diet and cancer. Late dinner has other disadvantages: it increases weight gain and the risk of chronic diseases such as diabetes.
