Bigg Boss 16: The Maharashtra Government Expands Security On The Sets For Salman Khan
Bigg Boss 16, a contentious reality show, is currently being hosted by Salman Khan. On the show's set, the Maharashtra government recently gave him Y+ category protection.
Salman Khan's Bigg Boss 16 has been the most contentious and well-liked reality show. The actor hosts this show every season and engages the viewers and participants during the Weekend Ka Vaar episode. Salman missed the Weekend Ka Vaar episodes after receiving a dengue diagnosis. The last episodes of Shukravaar and Shanivaar were presented by Karan Johar, who had then taken over for him. Salman Khan made a comeback in the episodes that aired over the weekend. Now, according to recent rumours, Salman received improved security while he was on the Bigg Boss 16 set.
The Maharashtra government reportedly raised Salman Khan's regular security and upgraded to Y plus roughly four days ago, according to an Etimes article. The Mumbai Police had previously provided the superstar with standard police protection, but due to threats from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, his security has been increased to Y plus. The Lawrence Bishnoi gang is thought to have also been responsible for the death of Punjabi musician Sidhu Moosewala. Many of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang members who were detained by Mumbai Police acknowledged having targeted Salman.
Salman Khan is constantly being guarded by four armed guards, according to Y plus security, who work in separate shifts. The Mumbai police will now provide the actor with regular security. Despite Salman's improved security, according to the portal's sources, there was no tension on the Bigg Boss 16 sets. The set's drill was the same as it had always been.
For the uninitiated, in June 2022, a letter threatening Salman Khan and his father, Salim Khan, said that they will end up like the Punjabi musician Sidhu Moose Wala. There were numerous rumours that Salman Khan was the target of two gangland attacks: one outside his Bandra home during his birthday celebration in 2017, and the other at his Panvel property in 2018.
Salman Khan is currently preoccupied with several exciting professional projects, including Tiger 3 for Yash Raj Films and his own film Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. Additionally, the celeb will play Tiger in Shah Rukh Khan's next action movie Pathaan.
