Balika Vadhu and Gangaa are just a couple of the unusual shows that Colors TV is renowned for and which have won viewers' hearts. One of them, Uttaran, also went on to become a classic, and Ichcha became well-known. The lead actress, Tina Datta, was and continues to be regarded as an iconic figure. She was one of the first female actors on Indian television to play two roles in one show. At the moment, Tina is causing a stir both online and off in the Bigg Boss 16 house.
Before joining Bigg Boss 16, Tina recalled her time with Colors and talked about Uttaran. She remarked, “Uttaran is and will always be close to my heart. When I signed it I had no clue we’d come so far. For 14 years Ichcha has lived with me and she will continue to. I am so grateful for all the love and acknowledgment that you all have given me, bus ab Bigg Boss mein jaa rahi hu. Same love aur support dete rahiye. (Now that I am going to the Bigg Boss house, do shower the same love on me). Dil Se lots of Love to everyone!!”
In her television series Uttaran, she played the roles of Ichcha and, following a major leap, Meethi. Along with others, it included crucial performances by Rashmi Desai, Nandish Sandhu, Mrunal Jain, Vaishali Thakkar, Gaurav Chopra, and Ayub Khan. Sparsh Khanchandani portrayed Ichcha's younger self. The show focused on the class gap between two women, who first meet when they are young and how it affects how their relationship develops over time.
At the moment, Tina Datta is one of the competitors in Bigg Boss. Tina has remained a contestant in the game for a while, unlike her other co-star from the film Uttaran, Sreejita De, who was one of the first ones to leave the house. The actress has had her fair share of allies and foes as a result of shifting relationships within the family. Shalin Bhanot was associated with her name.
