The winner of Season 4 of Bigg Boss Malayalam, hosted by Mohanlal, has been announced after over two months of tremendous competition. The fourth season's first runner-up is Blesslee, while the winner is Dilsha Prasannan.

Dilsha stated as she won the Bigg Boss Malayalam 4 title that "I wondered whether I will survive the 100 days on this show. For many days I couldn't make sense of what I wanted to do on the show. But I decided to just be myself and it wouldn't have been possible with everyone's support," Dilsha was chosen as the winner among these 6 people. Riyas Salim, Blesslee, Lakshmi Priya, Sooraj Thelakkad, Dilsha Prasannan and Dhanya Mary Varghese. The victory and defeat of the contestants were like this, Dilsha Prasannan, Riyas Salim, and Blesslee secured a spot in the final three after Lakshmi Priya, Sooraj Thelakkad, and Dhanya Mary Varghese were eliminated. Later, Riyas Salim was eliminated, leaving Dilsha and Blesslee as the top 2 contestants. This is the first season to wrap up naturally in the past two years. In February of last year, the last season debuted on television. But due to the complications brought on by the second wave of Covid infections, the season was unexpectedly called off in the middle. Local officials in Chennai ordered the Bigg Boss house's competitors to leave and later shut the facility. They also fined the showrunners Rs 1 lakh for breaking safety regulations.
