After a successful first two Commando films, Vidyut Jammwal is back with yet another Commando film. The third film in the franchise released on Friday and earned a total of Rs. 4.25 crores on its opening day at the box office. The film's opening day collection is similar to Commando 2's first-day collection.
Speaking about his film earlier filmmaker Aditya Shar said, ’ Commando 3’ will raise the bar for action in India with as many as six high octane action scenes. People expect a certain kind of action from Vidyut, but you need to give them something new. Here, we have a bike chase scene on the streets of London, a gunfight and stunts in a rustic Akhada. There’s a lot of novelty in the way it had designed and executed.”
Commando 3 sets Vidyut up for a task that concerns the entire nation. Unlike the previous two installments that had Vidyut facing other issues.
The upcoming weekend will be a major deciding factor in the success of Vidyut's latest film.
