Saand Ki Aankh Box Office Collection Day 5

ith its women empowerment message at the center of the film Saand Ki Aankh is performing slow but steady at the box office and the film has collected 8.51 crores.

Directed by Tushar Hiranandani, Saand Ki Aankh stars Taapsee Pannu and Bhumi Pednekar in its lead roles. The film had collected a total of Rs. 5.66 crores on its first 4 days of release. On Tuesday, the film has collected 2.85 crores which sums up to a total of Rs.8.51 crores in India.

 
The film faced stiff competition from Akshay Kumar's much larger Housefull 4 as well as Rajkumar Rao's Made in China. The latter's earning is close to that of Saand Ki Aankh. Housefull 4, however, has already crossed the Rs. 100 crore mark.
 
Targeted at the bigger cities, Saand Ki Aankh has collected decently well in its first 5 days of release. The film is a biographical retelling of the lives of two elderly women who learn shooting at the age of 60 and become an inspiration for many.
