Student of the Year 2 (SOTY 2) Box Office Collection Day 6
Tiger Shroff, Tara Sutaria and Ananya Panday starrer Student of the Year 2 has been a dull performer at the box office. SOTY 2 has collected 53.88 crores at the box office so far.
Film trade analyst Taran Adarsh has written on his twitter that “#StudentOfTheYear2 is stable on weekdays [plexes continue to add to the total], but the overall total is underwhelming… Fri 12.06 cr, Sat 14.02 cr, Sun 12.75 cr, Mon 5.52 cr, Tue 5.02 cr, Wed 4.51 cr. Total: ₹ 53.88 cr. India biz. #SOTY2.”
The film has collected 12 crores on its first day and seen a hike on the weekend, collected 14.02 crores and 12.75 crores on Saturday and Sunday respectively. On the weekdays Mon 5.52 cr, Tue 5.02 cr, Wed 4.51 cr has been going in the snail pace. As per the trend, 100 crore mark is a distant figure for the film.
Student of the Year 2 is directed by Punit Malhotra, this film also stars two debutantes Tara Sutaria and Ananya Panday.
