Actor Vijay Sethupathi's "DSP" released on December 2. The movie opened to mixed reviews and it is declining at the box office.
From the four days of theatrical run, the movie has failed miserably to collect 4 crores from the box office. On the fourth day, it collected around 30 lakhs. The worldwide collection stands at 3.3 crores. The theatrical run approaches an end for the film, DSP. Fans’ expectations on DSP were sky high. The film failed to prove the box office power of Vijay Sethupathi.
Vijay Sethupathi plays a cop in the Ponram-directed action entertainer. It also stars former Miss India Anukreety Vas, Pugazh, and Shivani in supporting parts. D Imman composed the film's score. Dinesh Krishnan handled the camera of the movie. Vivek Harshan does the cuts.
Kamal Haasan attended the trailer launch recently. Kamal Haasan was down with fever. He said at the function that his health is fine. He also announced that he will resume ‘Indian 2’ shooting the following week. He also praised Vijay Sethupathi and stated that the actor is passionate towards cinema. Vijay Sethupathi went on his knees and kissed the legendary actor’s hand.

He is eagerly expecting the release of several movies, including "Mumbaikar," "Merry Christmas," "Michael," and "Viduthalai." Vijay Sethupathi is ready to debut in Bollywood through Jawaan. Jawaan is directed by Atlee and Shah Rukh Khan plays the lead role in the film.
