Thala Ajith’s Viswasam, is setting the box office on fire even in the fourth week since release. Though Viswasam is facing stiff competition at the box-office with Rajinikanth's Petta which also released on the same day still Viswasam is having an uninterrupted run at the box office.
Despite five new Tamil releases this week, many theatres have retained Visawasam for the fourth week. Visawasam is refusing to slow down at Tamil Nadu Box-office and continuing its strong run.
Viswasam has crossed the gross of Rs 185-crore mark at the box office worldwide and is now inching towards the Rs 200-crore mark. Going by the trade reports Viswasam is one of the highly profitable movie in Tamil Nadu for exhibitors, distributors, and producer. Only big movie after Baahubali2 to give overflows to producer. With the kind of sensational run theatre owners are willing to continue the film for another two weeks.
