Vijay’s Whistle has a decent first week in Telugu states as the film collected a distributor share close to 9 Cr. Despite getting mixed response on Day 1, the Atlee-directed movie went on to make a decent collection in the first week. The film has already emerged as the highest collected film for Vijay in AP/TS crossing Sarkar which has collected around 8.50 cr share. Theatrical rights of the film are valued for 10.50 cr. The film is expected to cross the breakeven mark in all areas except East, West & Krishna.
