Cybercrime has become more prevalent these days. All we have to do is to not believe anyone easily to avoid falling in such traps. Recently, a person claiming to be Vijay Deverakonda trapped a few girls and asked them for sexual favors. Vijay Devarakonda came across the issue and lodged a complaint on the impersonator.
Vijay filed the case on the concerned impersonator earlier this morning to Hyderabad Cybercrime Police. According to the police, the impersonator created a Facebook account under the name of Vijay. He started chatting with girls claiming to be Vijay. Later, he used to tell them that they need to meet a dubbing artist who will introduce them to the actor. When the women call up that dubbing artist, the impersonator would ask them for sexual favors. Many women across the Telugu states fell under this trap. This just not happened for Vijay Devarakonda but there are a lot of celebrities who suffered the same.
When he came across this scam, Vijay asked his assistant Vyas to cheat that impersonator by calling as a female. The culprit fell in Vijay's trap which made the actor file the complaint. The police are currently investigating the issue.
Last night, Rahul Ravindran also revealed about a person who is cheating people under his name. The celebrities must be very careful and particular.
