Actor, screenwriter and director Sreenivasan has been admitted to Ernakulam Medical Centre Hospital, near here, on Wednesday morning and his condition is extremely critical, according to hospital sources.
Mr. Sreenivasan was recording at a private studio at Kakkanad when he complained of breathlessness and was immediately rushed to the hospital near Palarivattom Bypass.
According to sources, he collapsed immediately on reaching the hospital and worryingly none of the vital parameters could be registered. He was then rushed to the Intensive Care Unit. Though his vital parameters have picked up since, he has been put on ventilator support and his condition remains very critical.
