Bollywood actress Urvashi Rautela is set to make her debut in Tollywood. The model turned actress has appeared in one South Indian film. The actress appeared in Sandalwood star Darshan Starrer film Mr. Airavata. She will now appear in a Tollywood film starring Gopichand. She will be grooving to a song in Gopichand's upcoming film Seeti Maar.

 
“ It’s a special song and the makers wanted a new face for it, so they roped in Urvashi. It’s going to be a glamorous and typical mass appeal number,” says a source from the unit.
 
“ The song will be shot once the lockdown is over,” says the source, adding, “ They are planning to erect a set specially for it”
 
Urvashi Rautela started off as a model. She won the coveted crown of “ I AM She – Miss Universe India” as well as “ Miss Photogenic” in 2012. She debuted as an actress in Sunny Deol's film Singh Saab the Great in 2013. She has appeared in several films such as Sanam Re, Great Grand Masti, Hate Story 4 and Pagalpanti. She will next appear in Ajay Lohan's film titled Virgin Bhanupriya. Shreyans Mahendra Dhariwal is producing the film. Virgin Bhanupriya is a family comedy that will follow the tale of a bunch of youngsters and the relationships that they have with their families.
 
In addition to Gopichand, the film Seeti Maar stars Tamannaah as the female lead. Gopichand will be playing the role of Kabaddi player. Tamannah will be essaying the role of a women’s kabaddi coach in Seeti Maar. According to Tamannah, her role will be a tribute to iconic Indian coaches like Ramakanth Achrekar, Pullela Gopichand, and Satpal Singh. The Seeti Maar team has finished shooting 60% of the film. The film shoot stands halted due to the coronavirus outbreak. According to sources, the film will resume shooting as soon as the COVID-19 outbreak subsides.
