Aditya Roy Kapoor has THIS to say about his physicality

Aditya Roy Kapur is basking in the success of his film Malang. The film that starred Disha Patani along with Aditya, performed impressively at the box office. Talking about his physicality in the film, Aditya told Etimes, "Giving up was never an option. I think we were pretty clear about the physicality. At least Mohit was clear about the bulkier portion that he wanted that physicality. The younger portion is something I took I took upon myself to be able to look a certain way I felt like the slimmer I got this, the bulky I would look in that. So that was important for me. I think Mohit was a little shocked when I came on said looking as thin as I did. But I think he was happy with that."

Adding on he said, "I had done something like that for Fitoor where I had really gotten again, kind of skinny for that. So that experience that helped me. I remember that was tiring because I was on low salt. I was not feeling like I was being able to sustain energy throughout the day. But that experience helped me in this film. I knew how to just about give myself enough food and not put on weight while still shooting 12-14 hours. So see, as I said, every experience in a form is for the next and so somehow it was very tiring but I just treated it like I'm in a commando course and this is my mission and I have to do it. There's no other way of looking at it.''
