The makers of the upcoming film Cobra recently released the first look poster. The poster depicted the film's lead Vikram in seven different avatars. Now Ajay Gnanamuthu has shared another photo wherein more avatars of Vikram is on display.
 
Ajay Gnanamuthu took to twitter to share the photo. The photo included avatars from Vikram's previous films as well. Chennai, Kerala, Europe and Russia are a few locations wherein the film shoot took place. However, the film shoot now stands halted owing to the coronavirus outbreak. Apart from Vikram, the film also stars cricketer Irfan Pathan, Srinidhi Shetty, Mrinalini, Lal, Kanika Kapoor, Padmapriya, Babu Antony among the others. A R Rahman is composing the film's score. Produced by Lalith Kumar's 7 Screen Studios, Cobra will come out in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi.
 
Cobra happens to be Vikram's 58th film. Cricketer Irfan Pathan is making his acting debut with the film. Irfan Pathan has completed shooting for his part in the film.
 
Meanwhile, Vikram is awaiting the release of the film Ponniyin Selvan. He will be taking on the role of the Chola King Adithya Karikalan. The film has an ensemble cast of Jayam Ravi, Jayaram, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Aishwarya Lekshmi, Aditi Rao Hydari, Trisha, Sobhita Dhulipala, Lal, and Ashwin Kakumanu. The Mani Ratnam director film will hit the theatres in April 2021. Lyca Productions and Madras Talkies are producing the film. The film is a historical drama. It is an adaptation of Kalki Krishnamurthy's historical period based fictional novel of the same name.
