Ajith's upcoming movie, "Thunivu," is being directed by H Vinoth. The team recently traveled to Bangkok to shoot some intense bike action sequences. Filming for the movie began in January and Ajith has finished his shoot as per reports.
As per rumors, Ajith is about to take a break from acting. Ajith, who is very interested in bike riding, has decided to tour all seven continents with his friends. One of Ajith's biggest dreams is to travel the world. For so long, it has been delayed because of the film rush. He will take a break from films after completing his AK62. Reportedly, the break will last one and a half years. According to reports, the actor has not given a date for the 63rd film. However, no official confirmation has been made on the rumor.
On the work front, "Thunivu" is largely modeled on the greatest bank robbery in India, the 1987 Punjab bank robbery. According to reports, Ajith would be portraying a belligerent former police officer. One appearance of the actor is shown to the audience. The second appearance of Ajith is touted to be a surprise.
The production is scheduled to wrap up in November. Ghibran composed the music for the heist thriller. The film also stars Manju Warrier, Samuthirakani, Veera, John Kokken, Prem, Cibi Chandran, and Ajay in pivotal parts.
The movie's release date hasn't been set, but it's anticipated to hit theatres in January 2023.
He has also given a date to Vignesh Sivan for AK62. Further details about the movie are not available.
