King Nagarjuna had announced earlier that he would be making a spin-off of Soggade Chinni Nayana called Bangarraju. Directed by Kalyana Krishna, this movie also features Naga Chaitanya as the other lead hero. Even the script work is done and it has been reported that the film will go on floors in August. However, there seems to be no progress in the movie.
But we now hear that Nag is re-considering doing the movie. The reason for that being the failure of his recent outing Manmadhudu 2. Thus, we hear that Nag has decided to become more choosy in selecting the script.
Apparently, he wants to change some portions in the script of Bangarraju and he takes it on floors only if he iscompletely satisfied with it. Currently, Kalyana Krishna is staying off from for some time now and once he gets back, he might re-work on the script.
On the other side, Nagarjuna is ready to launch his new movie with Solomon who worked as a writer with Maharshi in the past. The cop drama in the combination is expected to have a grand launch on the 16th of this month.
