Bollywood star Akshay Kumar
joined hands with his 'Padman' director R Balki to shoot for an awareness campaign for Corona preventive. After taking the permissions, the makers have recently completed the shoot on May 26th. Talking about it, the director said that the shooting got completed and they followed all the guidelines given by the Maharashtra government.
"Akshay and I shot an ad for the health ministry about the post and responsibilities of us. We need to get back to work but should follow some safety measures. At the shoot, apart from what we usually do, we also followed social distancing, sanitized outdoor set, disinfectant screen, masks etc. It took them no time for us to get used to new things. There were 20 people in the crew who followed the strict protocol" said R Balki.
Revealing more details about the ad, R Balki said that they needed to do this as the message was very important. "We need to know what we need to do when we have to shoot in the post lockdown era," said R Balki.
However, the director and actor received serious criticism for the same. But, the director and actor clarified that they followed all the guidelines.
