Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo's remake rights sold for a huge price

2020 has started on a big note for Tollywood as the industry witnessed a super blockbuster in the form of Ala Vaikunthapurramulo. The film was not just a blockbuster but remained as a Non-Baahubali industry hit. Directed by Trivikram, this film featured Stylish Star Allu Arjun and Pooja Hegde in the lead roles.

Ala Vaikunthapurramulo is a family entertainer that has the right mix of all commercial elements. The music, Trivikram's writing, and Allu Arjun's performance are the major factors that made this film such a big success. Now, makers from various other industries are queuing up to buy the remake rights of this movie.

According to the sources, already the Hindi remake rights of the film got sold for a bomb. If the latest grapevine is anything to go by, producer Ashwin Varde has bought the remake rights of Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo for a whopping amount of Rs. 8 crores. Ashwin is the one who produced Arjun Reddy's remake Kabir Singh in the past. Apparently, he fell in love with the film and thought that it would be a perfect remake material in Bollywood. It seems that he will soon assign a team to work on the remake. More details on it will get announced soon.
