Bollywood actor Alaya F recently posted a video on her social media account, expressing her frustration with people who don't follow traffic rules. In the video, she can be seen pointing out bikers who were taking illegal U-turns while she was in her car, driving in London. While many people praised her for speaking up about the importance of safe driving, some pointed out that she herself was not wearing a seatbelt.
Alaya F, who made her acting debut in Jawaani Jaaneman (2020) with Saif Ali Khan and Tabu, won the Best Female Debut trophy at the 2021 Filmfare Awards. She is the granddaughter of veteran actor Kabir Bedi and has a promising career ahead of her. She will next be seen in Ekta Kapoor's U-Turn, which is the official Hindi remake of the Kannada film of the same name. The movie revolves around a journalist who investigates the mysterious deaths of several people after taking a U-turn on a highway by removing roadblocks.
In the video, Alaya can be heard saying, "Did you see two more bikers took illegal U-turns? There is no stopping this carelessness. One must really do something about it because these people don't have any sense about driving and traffic. They are the reason why accidents happen on the road. I wish their driving license gets canceled. They might never learn, but please follow traffic rules and don't take illegal U-turns." She also added, "Sorry for the rant, but I just can't stand it anymore. So frustrating."
While some people appreciated her concern for safe driving, others criticized her for not wearing a seatbelt. One user commented, "First, you wear your seatbelt." Another person pointed out that rule breakers are in millions in India and that getting a driving license is easier than booking a train ticket through IRCTC.
Alaya has several upcoming projects, including Ek Aur Ghazab Kahani and Sri, both of which stars Rajkummar Rao. It will be interesting to see what the future holds for this talented young actor.
