OTT platforms have now become a trend in the entertainment industry. They are the major form of viewing films/shows on the internet. With the advent of various streaming platforms like Netflix, Hotstar, Amazon Prime Video, and Zee5, a lot of new content is coming up and many movies are getting available online within weeks of their release.
Star producer Allu Aravind has also entered this market and with the association of few other entrepreneurs, he launched a new streaming service called Aha. This will be an exclusive platform for Telugu shows and movies. The launch event of this app happened last night in Hyderabad.
Speaking at the event, Allu Arvind said that their team has worked hard for eight months in making this app. He said that it will be available in a full-fledged format from this Ugadi. Right now, there are 25 original shows on Aha of various genres. Aravind also said that there will be a few bold and adult shows on their platform. He advised people to make sure that their children don't watch those shows. As many kids are having personal mobiles these days, Aravind asked the parents to keep an eye on their little ones. Hero Vijay Deverakonda and director Krish were also present at this event.
