Star director Allu Aravind now owns two production houses, Geetha Arts and GA2 Pictures. The latter produces the medium and small budget films while the Aravind bankrolls the big-ticket films under the former. He appointed Bunny Vaas to look after GA2 Pictures. Bunny Vaas is not from Aravind's family. He joined Geetha Arts in a small post and now reached the position of a producer.
Being grateful for Allu Arjun, Vaas joined Bunny (Allu Arjun's nickname) to his name as a prefix and renamed himself as Bunny Vaas. He has bankrolled many films under GA2 Pictures like Bhale Bhale Mogadivoy, Geetha Govindham, and Prathi Roju Pandaage. He is currently producing Akhil Akkineni's Most Eligible Bachelor. The title of this film got revealed yesterday on that occasion, Bunny Vaas' name trended on Twitter.
Responding to this trend, Allu Arjun tweeted, "Such a proud n a happy moment for me ... to see Vasu’s name trending on twitter. Truly self-made person. From a humble post to a producer . Our journey has been sailing for 17 years now. Sooo happy today ! #Bunnyvas ( I was against that name but he didn't listen )"
Well, Bunny Vaas is truly a self-made man and deserves all the praise. He is also bankrolling a project with Nikhil and another project with Karthikeya. Both these films will hit the screens this year.
