Ameesha Patel, the actress who once shone in both the Bollywood and Tollywood is no doubt having a tough time with her film career. But her constant public appearances and social media interactions are helping her to stay in limelight. She is actively engaged on her Twitter and Instagram accounts which have a large spate of followers. Pertaining to her meek movie chances, she is now concentrating on modeling, private events, and stage shows.
Lately, the actress has been charged in a cheating case by a person named Pavan Sharma, an event manager from Moradabad. They have filed a lawsuit against Ameesha who apparently breached the contract of performing in a wedding event after taking an amount of Rs. 11 lakh. As per the case filled by four others, she even started troubling them by demanding Rs 2 Lakhs more.
The event was supposed to happen on November 16th, 2016, and Pavan approached the police as the amount is not being settled until now. The actress and her colleagues didn't live on their promise and Pavan has to go through many ordeals since then. As per the court's decision, both the parties are yet to attend for the final decision on March 12.
