Mumbai beauty Amyra Dastur is busy with quite a few projects in hand. The actress is having projects in both Tamil and Hindi. Amyra is best known for films like Sundeep Kishan's Manasuku Nachindi and Raj Tarun's Rajugadu in Telugu. The 26-year-old actress is a fitness freak and her social media posts often give us major fitness goals.
Speaking in a recent interview, Amyra revealed her fitness secrets. She said she loves to workout and makes sure to exercise for at least 20-30 minutes every day. Amyra does different types of workouts in a week like cardio, dancing, gymnastics and weight training. The actress says that she eats whenever she feels hungry and also will have three meals per day at any cost. She takes snacks and vegetable juices whenever she feels hungry in the meantime.
Amyra also said that she couldn't resist eating sweet every day. The actress sued to have a sugar product at least once in a day. Now, she shifted to jaggery but is unable to come out of the sweet addiction. She also gave up milk and milk products and is very happy about it. Amyra now takes almond milk and said that it has been a healthy alternative to maintain a good lifestyle. On the whole, Amyra has a lot of hard work and regular workout in maintaining her body in perfect shape.
