Andhadhun is undoubtedly one of the best films that come out in India in the past decade. This 2018 Sriram Raghavan directorial is a dark comedy that featured Ayushmann Khurrana, Tabu and Radhika Apte in the lead roles. The film was not only a highly acclaimed one but also a commercial success that collected more than Rs. 95 crores in the domestic market.
Apart from winning the national award for Best Hindi Film, Andhadhun also brought the Best Actor award to Ayushmann Khurrana. Various plans are being made to remake this film in the regional languages as well.
Meanwhile, Andhadhun was also released in China earlier this year and was a huge success there as well. After that, it released in various other countries like Korea, Russia, and Kazakstan. Now, it is all set to hit the screens in Japan. Popular production house Eros International is distributing the film in Japan. They are hoping that the film will continue its success streak in Japan as well.
On the other side, the film will get remade soon in Tamil with Prashanth reprising the role of Ayushmann.
