Anil Kapoor says he does not mind the change in his daily work routine due to Coronavirus lockdown

Due to the ongoing Coronavirus lockdown, all Bollywood projects have come to a sudden halt. Many films quickly pulled back from theatres while others have postponed and halted further release. This has left all celebrities stuck at their respective homes. Now veteran actor Anil Kapoor has opened up about the change in his lifestyle due to the Coronavirus lockdown. Kapoor interacted with the Mumbai mirror for a personal interview.

Addressing the deadly pandemic Kapoor said, "Work was a major part of my life. My daily routine has changed since we have been indoors for a while now and I don’t mind it. After all, no one complains about spending a whole lot of quality time with family, eating, laughing, pulling each other’s leg and simply enjoying each other’s company."

In the same interview, Kapoor said, "I am researching for my upcoming projects, attending meetings over the phone and on video calls. We are all doing whatever we can virtually."

Kapoor also emphasized on the importance of exercising. He said, “ Exercising is even more important now for our physical and mental health. I encourage everyone to do it religiously, at least for 30 minutes every day. It doesn’t matter what you do, but you should make sure to move."

Anil Kapoor is next going to appear on the big screen in Karan Johar's film Takht. The 62-year-old actor was undergoing voice modulation training and a physical transformation to play Shah Jahan in Takht. He is also set to appear in the Abhinav Bindra biopic as the sharp shooter's father.
