Anup Rubens changed his style for 90ml movie songs

Anup Rubens is one of the talented yet underrated composers of the Telugu cinema. He made his debut with 2004 film Jai and later delivered many hit songs in films like Manam, Ishq, Prema Kavali, Hello and Gunde Jaari Gallanthayyindhe. He is quite popular for his melody tunes but the composer admits that he is a fan of mass songs.
Anup has scored the music for the upcoming film 90ml, which is hitting the screens on December 5. Anup has scored mass songs for this film. He said that he doesn't drink alcohol but he got that 'kick' when director Shekhar narrated him the story of 90ml. Anup clarified that he doesn't sign the film looking at its budget and the star cast. Sometimes, he feels bad when the music becomes hit and the film flops at the box office.
He opined that even though if films get made without songs in the future, there will be scope for the music directors through the background music compositions. But however, Anup said that songs won't leave Indian cinema at all. He said that he didn't take this break intentionally and was only waiting for the right films. Currently, Anup is composing music for Raj Tarun's Orey Bujjiga and an untitled Kannada film.
